The dosage depends on the severity of the disease and the patient’s response.

MUST BE WITH A DOCTOR’S PRESCRIPTION. Be careful in patients with hypertension, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal disease (eg, intestinal anastomosis diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis active or latent peptic ulcer); eye disease (eg, cataract, glaucoma, history of ocular herpes simplex); osteoporosis, history of seizure disorder, thyroid disease. Kidney and liver disorders. Elderly. Children. Pregnancy and lactation. Avoid sudden discontinuation or rapid dose reduction. Pregnancy category: Category C: Possibly risky. The drug is used with caution if the potential benefits outweigh the potential risks to the fetus. Animal studies have shown a risk to the fetus and there have been no direct studies in pregnant women.
Contraindications
Systemic fungal infections, systemic infections unless treated with specific anti-infectives. Perforation of the tympanic membrane (otic). Administration of live virus vaccines.

General disorders and conditions of the admin site: Impaired wound healing. Examination: Weight gain. Metabolic and nutritional disorders: Cushing’s syndrome, obesity. Musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders: Osteoporosis. Nervous system disorders: Headache, muscle atrophy. Psychiatric disorders: Euphoria, depression, suicidal tendencies. Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: Skin fragility.
